• Difficulties with my player model

Hi there! I'm note sure if I should post this here or in the Garry's Mod section, but I was trying to create a custom player model using a game model that I ripped. I have made a few models before that look okay, however they were with borrowed armatures for practice and for him I wanted to go completely from scratch and create his own. So i created his armature, set the QC and placed jiggle bones for his hair, scarf and tailcoats, and in the Model Viewer he looks perfectly fine! However... when I place him into GMOD, well... It looks "mostly okay" as it isn't totally all over the place like previous ones I've tried, and at least his tailcoats are in the correct spot (they're the only thing that's actually in the correct place) but his bones are randomly rotated? he is slightly smaller than the average gmod model, but when I try the "a_proportions" trick he becomes, for lack of better words, a long twisted batch of spaghetti. if anyone can tell me what might have happened it would be greatly appreciated! if anyone needs to see it better, here is the link to the his zip file zhong_hui.zip
bump still having the problem.. is what I need to do completely re-weigh him to a valve skeleton, or is there a way I can fix the random rotations in his bones so I can still use his custom one? *I did check, and he works perfectly fine in sfm using the garry's mod model I made with the QC, so It works, just not in the program it was designed for.
