Hello, after working on this map for a minute, I did a full HDR compile of the map to find a shadow on a building looked like this
I have never seen anything like this and can't find the source of the issue. I've tried swapping textures, doing a non-HDR compile and everything. Heres my full compile log.

Try compiling with vvis set to normal.
Tried that earlier today... same results.
do the shadows line up with the vis portals?
sometimes when lighting is being precalculated, the tracers it uses to determin light will not go through visibility portals can cause weird lighting
try covering the affected area and part of the surrounding area with a func_viscluster
