Drop FPS after update

Hi!
After update few mounts ago I noticed drop FPS from around 70-80 (sometimes even 100) to around 20. I try optimize and its stop around 25-30, but the strange things is that sometime when i start game i got 60 fps and i can normal play, its random, sometimes i need restart laptop 4-5 times and i have 60fps, otherwise only 30FPS. I played over 1800 h and was no problems, after april update start that problems. I reinstaled windows and updated it, also drivers are update. I play on laptop, cooling system is cleaned and new thermal paste on radiator. CPU got 75 C and GPU 65C after few hours playing, so its not overheated.

Can someone give me advise??

Try using a cable to your modem rather than the wireless, which I guess you are using now. Not an old cable you got from the shed, one that is relatively newish. CAT cable can break down with age.

Im always use cable, never wireless, my laptop is like PC allways in the same palce. Also i got 2 GPU and i forced rust to use geforce.

Can see Windows Task Manager to see what's going on! You can open it with [Ctrl] + [⇑ Shift] + [Esc]

After doing this, you can see if your CPU, Hard Drive or GPU is overloaded at 100% performance, which would indicate possible Malware activity or poor system optimization. (According to the process in the background)

- One tip, I would take a look at the temperature of your CPU, a periodic change of thermal paste never hurts. (U can use Aida64 or related to view °C or °F)

Aftr 2 hours play when i checked Windows Task Manager CPU work at 55%, memory 65% and GPU 45% and all time i got 50-55 FPS, checked Malware activity

Guys i have the same problem is a good laptop but rust play on the minimum settings in the small screen

We're working on some unity updates that will likely help with that.  It's not anything on your end it just runs bad at the moment for some.
Making sure you're current on Windows updates and graphics int he meantime as that can help.

I played 1800h on that laptop with no problems i had 60-70 fps, now is unplayable, so what the game is now beautiful if i cant play, every patch decrese performance, all my friends play on patato or simple settings, i need smooth game nothing more...
