Rust - Locking someone in chair glitch?

I have found out if you have a chair, next to a garage door, you can not use the chair... You can not sit or get up from the chair, unless you open the garage door.
Once you open the door you could have someone sit in the chair, then you can simply shut the garage door. They will be stuck in the chair until they log out.

I have replicated this 3 times, so it is a reusable glitch.
