My server very low fps I want to know how to setting to high fps
despite the great descriptions and infos we got from you, might i ask if you talk about your own pc gmod fps, or server lag?
There are so much people saying the fps of their server is bad..which is just so wrong

Depends on what computer you're using, if you're using the windows computer for work and not gaming there's your problem. You need a good running Pc in order to run the coding and the game all together.
