During an extraordinary press briefing after the meeting, the president repeatedly rejected the conclusions of U.S. intelligence agencies, refusing to condemn Russia for interfering in the 2016 American election. “They said they think it’s Russia,” Trump said of his intelligence officials. “I have President Putin; he just said it’s not Russia. I'm between Warren or Bernie tbh. I'm afraid for gun rights but I'm much more afraid for this country if we elect another crook like Trump.

I'm in complete agreement. It's just sad to see there isn't a sensible conservative option in the US, so Comey has to be blunt about which party has a foot in reality.

The DNC brass voted to limit the power of superdelegates, we'll see if the full committee goes the same way in August.

I've kind of forgotten that true Republicans are Republicans not because they hate democrats but because they have actual disagreements in policy. When you actually care about policy and not tribal warfare it's easy to say "yeah vote for the other guys please" because policy differences are the least important thing right now. Republicans (at least the elected officials) lately have just been the party of protecting Trump.

He's talking about Midterms, not sure what Bernie, Warren, and the DNC have to do with November's elections. And Trump won't sign any gun regulations even with a Democratic Congress.
