No, it's more like you wanted everyone else to do the work for you. There has never ever been a shortage of ideas guys in modding, to actually put a team together you need to show the mod is going somewhere from day 1; and that means having skills to bring to the table.
You joined literally yesterday, created 3 separate threads where you pulled the typical "I have a vague but great idea, no skills, just need a team", and now today you're threatening to leave.
No one cares one way or the other since you haven't contributed anything to FP, if you do choose to stick around you should probably understand that this sort of behavior isn't going to get you any sympathy.
If you want to forget about your mod idea, I suggest either A) joining the forum as a regular, non mod team searching member, or B) learn one of the skills needed to make your mod, like programming, modelling, or mapping. They're very fulfilling hobbies that could lead to jobs one day.

Don't leave. If you want to make your mod a reality it can still happen. But you need to understand why you're not convincing everybody right now.
Don't listen to the jackasses here who are being overly rude. The reaction you got, you'd get it almost everywhere, and also in real life. If you understand what you did wrong, you can have another go at it, and it'll have been a valuable lesson.
