High Ping in Garry's Mod :(

Hello guys! :3
I have a big problem with Garry's Mod everytime i join a server, my ping goes high (100-150) I have this Problem only in Garry's Mod.
I have a High Ping on a German Server too (I'm from germany)
I have a good Internet Conection and a Good Computer...
In other games like Rainbow Six or Overwatch i dont have such a high ping..

What i tried:
Installed Gmod on a other Hard drive
Restarted my Router
Cried a lot
I really dont know why i have a High Ping on GMOD

Does the high ping show up in the server browser? Sort the servers by ping and check if all of them have a high ping or not

No, the Sever Browser shows a way lower ping but when i'm playing on the server i get the High Ping back
And yes i tried to cry more. but nothing changed

It must be something with your connection or computer as its not possible that every server raises your ping and as you said it only happens in Garrys Mod.

I recently found something that MAY help but I cant tell its working.

Type this in your console: cl_cmdrate +10
Also try to put it in autoexe.cfg in garrysmod/cfg/
