i am getting this error on my servers is there a way to resolve this or is this something to deal with rust it's self

You can try to Reinstall your own server. Are you playing into a Local Server or Hosted Server?
Try to play without any plugin (Vanilla), if this issue appears when install any mod or plugin check this addon was updated.
