i'm currently trying to port an SFM mod to gmod and the textures are coming out weird, anyone got a fix

How is it supposed to look like? The problem is likely caused by the model's UV map, so fixing it would be more of a guessing game than anything else, you could try going in your preferred 3d modelling software, give it its texture as a material and fiddle with the UV until it comes out right, or you could wait for someone else to give out a proper answer since I'm talking out of my ass, it would still help for the next good samaritan to have a link for the download of the model + textures.

Looks like a borken normal map. Check is you're using the correct $bumpmap texture.
GOOD point, the eyes of that thing are also a different texture and aren't covered in it, so maybe there wasn't supposed to be a normal in the first place, this raises the question of why there's a normal map that looks like that in the first place, it definitely isn't the "missing texture" texture, but I'll do you one better, what the hell is that thing anyways??
I think we should wait for OP to post the files or more images, because I even have a hard time determining what part of it is wrong, if you told me this was an abstract piece of art I'd think it's texture had nothing wrong...
