Yeah I had watched the video unfortunately. Your TLDW explains the video pretty good as well as whats going on a bit further. I'm sorry we all kinda dog piled on @ChadTheGman2016 but maybe he can post your stuff in the OP as well.

He advertised the Oaxis platform on Kickstarter as a 'wholesome, family friendly place to provide content' sort of thing. The deal is that he never disclosed that it was going to be in the same vein as Pureflix, essentially duping his fans and people who were interested in the kickstarter.

I mean, worst case scenario, what's going to happen past him just making yet another shitty Christian television channel except in streaming form? And considering the amount of Christian parents in the country, that's probably not even a bad business move. They would eat "Christian network with family-friendly cartoons" right up. He's was open about the network being family friendly upfront and he's been very vocally Christian in the past, so I'm not sure "lied to" is even the right word, just "slightly mislead" by not bringing up the Christian points in his Kickstarter pitch video. That's the redditors fault for not doing more research before blindly giving somebody who made cartoons they used to like a bunch of money tbqh.

Plus he really isn't lying about media being violent for kids sometimes. Even Family Guy made fun of that in their opening; It seems today That all you see Is violence in movies And sex on T.V Who knows? Maybe Butch Hartman might make some QUALITY Christian shows in this streaming service since he has a good history with his own shows vs the creators who thought Gods' 'Not' Dead was a good idea.

Yeah thats another issue I had with the video/reddit stuff... At first it all just seemed like the reddit link and the video uploader's description was just a bunch of conspiracy finger pointing reactionary crap.. Then I see the video...

Some additional context: There was a Kickstarter formed for this Oaxis thing, which was NOT going to make it by the final day of the campaign. Two days prior to the final day, the campaign managed to get $60k worth of funding inside of a few hours, despite Butch Hartman never promoting this thing publically on his twitter (almost exclusively on twitch i think), nor has he even acknowledged the end of the campaign on twitter or the updates on the KS page. However the fact that he has not commented on it, has deleted the tweet, the wording of the tweet and the fact he has not answered any questions to do with LGBT(QPN+ as I've been called out on it) may suggest that it could have been unintentionally transphobic and Butch is just trying to avoid the drama.
