I Cant hear anyone talk in voice chat I tried everything

I have tried everything and when i mean everything i mean it i have done voice_enable 1 voice_loop 1 and 0 and reinstalling the game i don't know what else to do please help. And yes my mic works and i did put the volume up in my pc and gmod settings.
Don't make multiple threads for the same thing.
And don't reply to a problem you're not gonna help with
