Hey Guys . Im pretty new to this forum , because i got a Issue that i can't fix myself ... so i need your help Sooooooooo... I created this model https://files.facepunch.com/forum/upload/301337/f68335c7-f70d-49cd-88df-965436b638d8/001.PNG everything was fine so far.. but when i actually wanted to do the collision model... https://files.facepunch.com/forum/upload/301337/76cea3eb-1a6f-4960-b81e-c54035b812fc/2.PNG This is exact the same position of the bottom part of the model (has smooth shading on ) but when i compile it and preview it in the Viewer ... thats what i get .. https://files.facepunch.com/forum/upload/301337/405b2475-879c-4e81-8bb1-465b3423cb87/3.PNG (don't mind about the missing Textures .. wanted to fix firs the collision model ) As u see it aint at the same pos. as i placed in Blender ... I also rechecked blender if something maybe moved but it was right at the correct Position.. https://files.facepunch.com/forum/upload/301337/85daf096-f72e-4166-ad92-1d5a595bb0cc/4.PNG Sooo im kinda frusttraded that i didn't got it to work fine ... Maybe you guys got some sulutions. Thanks Greetings
Spacebar Type Apply object transform select 3 checkboxes (location, rotation, scale) on bottom left
Β L Λ Ζ Ξ is right, make sure to be in object mode and select the collision mesh first. Since you might want to find it useful, there is a way to make your hitbox concave instead of convex, to do so simply add more convex parts (multiple parts but still in the same model) and add $convex in your $collisionmodel detail, if you need to know more info or how it's supposed to look like, here's a low key plug to a notso recent thread I helped where I gave some nice advice: Just ported a model but 2 issues occured
Worked fine . Thanks alot guys
