Trying to add Teredo adaptor to use certain windows xbox app features, every thread I find googling says to add it through device manager or check hidden devices, Teredo appears in neither the add devices. One time I had messed with IVP6 settings a very long time ago. I'm on windows 10 Pro.

also sometimes when I reset IP helper in services the Xbox app no longer gives an error saying Terrido is unable to qualify.
