So on my router, I port forwarded both port 28015 and 28016 on UDP and TCP. Port 28016 is working fine and sais it is opened when I nmap my IP. But port 28015 doesn't seem to be opened. I don't even get the confirmation that the server is running on port 28015 in my server command prompt. I'm pretty sure it's not opened because my router closes any ports that aren't being used but I put it in my rust server bat file so it should be using it right? I've been looking it up for 4 hours now... Nothing. Someone HELP before I die of sleep deprivation because I am not getting off my computer until this works.
