The sky is bright blue, but the lighting does not show that it is a sunny day.
Please for the love of everything holy zoom in with the camera. At the default 90 fov you get way too much empty space and you get awful perspective warping like this
The absolute lack of lighting makes it look like a poor-quality XPS pic.
The lack of lighting certainly isn't absolute, it may not be great, but there are definitely shadows here. Johann, try and make your shadows more defined, the r_projectedtexturefilter value is doing more harm than good:
