Looking for an old Fallout map from the toybox era

Recently, I was looking for an old map I remember from the toybox days of Garry's Mod. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be available on the workshop, though I can't remember the exact name of it.

It was a medium/large map with a maze of rooms and tunnels, in the style of Fallout, but I don't think it was based on any specific vault, and I think it mostly used vanilla GMod/HL2 assets (though I believe some of the walls used custom materials and models). Some of the lower levels of the vault were flooded Players spawned in a cave area, and had to walk a short distance through the cave to reach the vault's entrance. There was also a small above-ground area which had a desert with a single road running through it, which may have only been accessible through cheats. The only other thing I can remember is that the map had a hidden bedroom, which I think was only accessible through a vent.

I remember the map being either a gm_ or rp_ map, but I'm not 100% sure.

Sadly, neither gm_fallout, rp_fallout, nor rp_wasteland are the map I'm looking for. If anyone else wants to offer any ideas, I'd appreciate it. I'd love to be able to play on the map again, as it was my favorite map when I was new to Gmod. Sadly, I think it may have vanished from the internet permanently.
