Taking a shot at desert scenery, which something I haven't really tried before. I'm also trying to hone my skills with texturing and detailing grounds and trying some new fancy rendering trickery (notice the shiny-ness of the mk 4?)
the only thing in this that irks me is the aliasing on some of the tank's parts
huh wtf I'm downright confused now everything was aa certified
Beautiful scene! Im glad to se you do some landscapes aswell, im wondering what else will you come up with!
Good job on the scene build.
Very nice colors and composition. Joazzz is right though, there's jaggies especially on the top right of the tank. Not sure if it happened due to some sharpening or that chromatic aberration, but it shows if you look at the tank in the middle.
I'd also mention that when you do depth of field, try to use lens blur. It looks like you used Gaussian blur for the distance (not sure) that was set too high. You can see how the horizon distance is quite blurred, but the close up distance is not (lower bottom of screen is not blurred at all).
I usually do it by using the alpha pass. Quick example with a recent pic.

Ah so that's how you go about that with the foreground. I did exactly this for the background, lens blur and all, but wasn't too sure how to get the same effect for the front.
