i know this might be heresy but i really dont get the appeal behind the jabroni stuff. i know we all love it here because it's developed here, but it just looks like a random garrysmod deathmatch gamemode cobbled together in a few days

I love the community attitude that we will have Half-Life 3, with Valve (as if at this point) or without them. I would love to think what Marc Laidlaw thinks about having his fanfic made real? Is he touched that the game finally gets real closure? Would he rather just forget the whole thing? Anyway, keeping an eye on this obv

It's a credit to Valves legacy that the fans of games created 10 years ago are still as strong as ever and willing to pour so much time and energy into games we all love. It's sad that valve seems to have had a fall from grace, hopefully it's work with hardware and VR makes it all worth it!
We've already been waiting a decade for EP3. I'm pretty good at waiting at this point.

50+ devs, 50+ weapons, 35+ custom maps, 15+ localisations, and nearly 150 player models. So yea it's not even remotely something that could be cobbled together in a few days lol. It's just a huge mess of stuff.
Again once the Steam page finally gets approved, it'll hopefully better clarify what the mod has.
