Help with a gamemode error

So I am trying to change my gamemode to starwarsrp and I keep getting this error:

I've down this many many times the same way every time and this is the first im seeing this error and have no idea whats wrong. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Am I installing the gamemode wrong?

It's impossible to tell what could be causing this without seeing the code that's causing the error.
