Dedicated Server randomly redirecting with srcds error.

Hey all, when I go on my in development dark RP server, after 3-5 minutes, this happens in my servers CMD prompt:

Crypto API failed certificate check, error flags 0x00000021 for '/C=US/ST=WA/L=Seattle/O=NFOservers.com/CN=nfoservers.com/emailAddress=[e-mail]'

it also redirects me to TitaniumRP ingame, I am not associated with them or nfoservers, the dedicated server is running on my PC.

I'd really like some help with this, I'm still fairly new and have been working on this for a couple of days now. The error started occuring yesterday evening

Specs if relevant:
Ryzen 5 1600 3.7ghz
GTX 1070 TI
16 GB Ram
Running on SSD.

I've searched for a while and all I get are unrelated microsoft threads, titanium RP's steamgroup, and nfoservers' website. Not sure how this is happening.

Nothing of notice happens before in the cmd prompt window on either watchdog or srcds. Tried uninstalling all addons, still happened.

Any idea if any of these have a back door that does things to affect other things outside of the addons folder? Or other causes? Using some things off of codefodder to test them out, otherwise they're off of garrysmods or the steam workshop.

It's one of your addons, make sure you purchase all your addons instead of getting leaked ones because often they have backdoors and redirects like that.
This can happen with workshop items too, it's a game of process of elimination to find which one it is.

Any idea what to look for to find it in the addons?

Just uninstall them one by one and see if anything changes. Also if you DID crack them that's not a very good move since it can destroy a servers community if they find out.

What I'd do is run a search via a text editor for the ip you are getting redirected to. It's probably plainly there in the code and you can identify where they are and remove the addon. I wouldnt recommend just trying to remove the backdoor as there could be more that give rank access and such that you may not notice.

What map are you using by any chance, I think this is related to RP_Downtown_Tits_v2 and RP_Downtown_v4c_v5 both are on the workshop under the "creator" https://steamcommunity.com/id/sakuraharv.

I am having the same issue and I think they are related.
