Here's a little idea I had for JBEP3 as a little fan project.
Seeing as the mod is very inspired by old games in some areas I decided to try and imitate the look of an old NES game manual, sadly I couldn't fill it with phone hotlines or page wide warranty disclaimers but I think it'll suffice!

Here's a link to a Google Drive if you want the download them in colour too.
Instruction book JBEP3
I was trying to see if I could come up with one or two pages more but I sadly had no more ideas for it.
Perhaps you could include a maps and credits page.
You mention kicking but it's not on the controls page. As for ideas, maybe a health and safety page? Or per-map strategy guides. Maybe a screenshot of each game mode pointing out different gameplay elements?
I got a nice little cheat sheet now that I plan on working on for a few days, I was thinking about ringing in kick but it's just movement keys really on the page, is the default key Q? or was it X
Q is bound to lastinv, X is kick
With a lot of feedback I reworked the booklet and now this should be the final format.
Thanks for the tips and help! I will also be making some showcase extras in this format as I wanted to keep this one fairly close to what the original NES manuals looked like back then.
Is this gonna be included in the steam store as the game manual?
As far as I can tell, maybe?
Seems like Charles (texture artist) wanted to do his own rendition of it so iunno!
