[ULX] I can't add or do anything it only shows me the usage of the command I do!

[Im using ULX version 3.73 and ULIB 2.63]

Basically, anytime I try to add a group, remove the group, change the map, or do a command in !menu it only shows me the usage of it. I don't have any idea why... I've been looking on google for hours for people with the same issue, and I've reinstalled ULX and ULIB multiple times! I dont know what to do anymore So I've come to the Facepunch community.

I need help!

Could you screenshot all of your addons, perhaps a compatibility issue?
