Imported animation does not play back correctly

Playback Rate is correct (animated at 24FPS), animation has been tested both baked or not, checked / unchecked resample curves, animation compression, nothing

I tried following this tutorial

But it still doesn't help much

update : following the same steps in the link I posted above, but in uMotion, worked. Doing it in Unity's own animation editor would break the animation completely
