I'm going to give you some actual feedback here - know that these videos typically aren't my cup of tea though.
You're first going to want to invest in a decent microphone. The one you have now makes it so that it's incredibly difficult to understand - and when you're trying to be humorous, delivering a joke clearly is the most important thing you need to be able to do. I skipped around a bit but most of it was very difficult to understand. Try to annunciate and get a halfway decent microphone. I shit on the Blue microphones a lot, but they can be good enough quality. Go for the cheap ones if you can't afford the Yeti or whatever is the expensive one.
Second, some of the edits "for comedic effect" aren't that funny. I personally can't stand when people slow down words or repeat them multiple times but making them sound funnier. Try to narrow that down a bit. The rapid blacking out in the beginning was poorly done as well imo. There are better ways to go about doing that effect - yours was a bit too jarring. Give more space between blacks - give me time to process what's going on. Don't give me a seizure. Also, never do ear rape. never.
Cut down the length to at most ten minutes. I think the sweet spot would be from 6 to 8 minutes. Try to keep only the best material in and cut anything you feel isn't too strong.
Overall for this video, things are incredibly laggy, jittery, and just look ugly. You need to turn the graphics up and make the video appealing to watch. It hurts to watch because of how jittery everything is.
Work on your production quality first and foremost - get a better mic and better video quality. Your videos will naturally look and feel better even if the material isn't up to snuff. That's probably the most important thing for me. Try to think of jokes or gags ahead of time. Watch what other youtubers of this style do and try to not only mimic their editing styles, but blend it with your own creativity so your videos have a unique feel and flair to them. You have to be original, otherwise nobody is going to care. That's the unfortunate truth with these things.
Thanks for taking the time to write such a lengthy reply I will be using this as a guide for all future videos
I'd like to recommend you work on some audio mixing, that's the only thing I can add that redBadger didn't mention. He touched upon it, but I will emphasis this. Poor audio mixing will turn away viewers very quickly. Make it to where you can be heard properly, poor mics don't bother me. Make sure you can be heard clearly and loudly, mix the game audio to where it's just background noise when it isn't needed. If you are using OBS I know that allows you to save several audio tracks.
