Hey @BuckSexington , i made this underwater base solo on classic server. ~100k metall and 15k upkeep, but it was worth it!

Wait as long as you have a foundation below the water and build it up you can basically build further out to sea?
Your main limitation to how far out to sea you can build a secure base is stability.
You can't place deployables including TC or turrets below water line.
As long as you can build higher than the water line you can base there.
