• Rust server shows for some people and not others

I run a rust server called "The Rusty Sloth" in both a clan and trio configuration. Many people in the US and NA can see the server just fine however probably around 6-9 months back people in the UK (and some reports from other European countries) started being unable to search for our server in the list. This server is intentionally hosted in BHS Canada at OVH for both DDOS mitigation and the proximity to routing to the UK/Europe as many players still have a sub-100ms ping while playing here. The blacklist does not show us as a blocked IP and I was hoping that someone could look into this from the team. Server IPS: vps1.gameserver.rustysloth.com => 198.27.100.248 vps1.gameserver.rustysloth.com => 198.27.100.249 This occurs with firewalls being entirely disabled. Currently modded running Oxide and Rust:IO.
This started about 6 months ago I guess, and although there are about 5 of us who are still on from Britain. The server is not very populated at the moment and we used to have a good couple of dozen Brtits playing. We've tried all sorts, and I know Fowlkin has rebooted and messed around (we found a reference to disabling IVP6 which some said had worked for them but it didn't in this case) but to no avail. The server is suffering, which is a real shame- we've gone from a regular 100+ players online with 60+ sleepers right down to maybe a peak of around 30 in the first week of wipe- If we can get this resolved, it might well help increase the number of players on what is a very fine server with a great team of admin/mods, together with some sensible mods that just make play nicer.

The server list is defaulted to only show 1000 servers at a time. There is quite a bit more servers currently online than that, and there's a pretty decent chance that its getting drowned out by European servers.
