We need to see more of this here in North America. Far too many people are being taken complete advantage of, especially in the modern era in which massive profit margins dominate many industries, as a result of automation and increased workload on the average worker.

Capitalism is breaking at the seams, and once it genuinely becomes virtually impossible for people in and around my age bracket to own a house, or receive a decent paying job even with college/uni degrees(this is already the case in many major cities); I think we'll see this on a larger scale.
