How do rally cars have so much traction and don't fall off the damn road? Every time i see one it terrifies me how they're not slipping during those fast turns

4 wheel drive and just keep on thje power all the time so you pull yourself onto the road, when I got my driver's license my teacher told me to drive like the rally drivers and keep power on whenever I'm making a turn, that way I will keep pulling my self through when it's slippery, especially when hauling a trailer.
