I'm trying to quickly turn a ton of images into a different shape. What's the best way to do this?

I have the main video, then multiple images ontop the video and want to put those images in a circle "frame"
Not entirely sure what you mean, but if you want to crop or resize a bunch of images (or maybe apply a mask or something), you could set up your images and import them as a sequence, make whatever changes to that sequence, then export a new sequence - though I'm not sure how to do so in premiere. You can do masking and image manipulation more easily in After Effects if you have access to it (it should play nicely with premiere sequences as well), just be sure that alpha channels and the like are enabled when exporting the sequence.
