ive spent over 30 mins looking for it and its not there is there one even here i feel like there is theres a repair bench a research table but no receyler anyhelp??
Nope, not yet. They eventually added it to Junkyard, I'm sure they'll come round and add it
In the mean time gambling and selling crap are good ways to gain scrap there
