I have alot of skids who come on the server, open their cheat menu and use lag sploits, how do you fix them?
ban them.
Install an Anti Cheat System or just disable it and use common sense...
most exploits are due to poorly coded addons, and most often they spam net messages to make the server execute expensive processes.
I dont know who they are, though
Anticheat system doesnt do anything to exploits. You cant use common sense when your server has 30 players, either.

This is how it works. Someone joins the server, they can wait maybe 30 minutes if they wanted to, and then eventually run their exploit, I have NO clue who they are. Its just not possible.
And the anticheat, that doesnt work either, why? Well, anticheats like CAKE ANTICHEAT and SimplAC and many others arent designed for that. Yes maybe CAC gets some exploits, but no lagger. Plus anticheats are for cheats not exploits, its in the name.

I was more asking about the common sense with 30 players part but ok.
Literally the only way you're going to catch these "skids" running their "lag sploits" am i cool yet is to identify who is doing it. Since anticheats and console are supposedly telling you nothing, you are going to have to watch players and do a bit of assumption work.
If you are running server especially DarkRP or similar then you have to expect people trying to find loopholes or abusing anything that is possible to be abused in any way. Same goes with Cheating/Hacking.
