PANEL:SetCursor((yourcursorhere)) not working, cursor still drawn.

I need to remake the cursor for a derma panel that I've already made that releases the mouse from aim that also covers the whole screen. Problem is, attempting to use PANEL:SetCursor() doesn't work, and the regular cursor still shines through. I would show pics but the cursor doesn't show in screenshots.
