Which fish do you think taste the best?
Im gonna say either snapper or sword fish are my favourite.
i haven't tried many but of the ones i've tried, monk fish
A thoroughly marinated Teriyaki Salmon is sublime. Hell, Salmon in general.
Alaskan Cod. Though freshly caught trout and sturgeon are both really good too.
It's hard to say because all the meat we eat, including fish, has so much added to it when we cook it to make it taste better. I think the only fish I've ever had with no seasoning (aside from salt) is trout.

Yeah i mean like if you had to have a chunk of fish maybe with some salt and pepper at most, which one do you like to eat the most?
What I mean is it's hard to answer that question because I don't actually know what any face tastes like without any sort of seasoning. For instance I love salmon but I've also had salmon that was incredibly bland and I don't know if the bland salmon was because they cooked it improperly or because they didn't season it as much as they should have.
Thats why i like naturally oily fish. Oily fish taste better without seasoning.
Does this really count considering how much stuff you have to do to the fish to get it to this state?

Jokes aside I really enjoy alaskan pollock and plaice.
Do crabs count?
Walleye, Channel Catfish, and Asian Carp.
Most just taste way too fishy, or are unable to take seasonings.
I'd kill for some perch right now.

Salmon is great because it tastes so different to most other fish. Out of the more standard tasting fish, Sea Bass is my favourite.

freshly caught, farm-raised trout out of WV rivers are fantastic
mahi-mahi is also great
speckled trout out of Charleston SC is friggen good too.
