https://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/americas/cop-beat-naked-woman-hospital-detroit-police-officer-video-detroit-receiving-hospital-a8476796.html I have to shorten the title for this thread, due to it's character limit.
When asked during the press conference to confirm whether police officers knew the woman seen beaten in the video had a mental illness, Mr Craig did not explicitly confirm either way. He said, however, she was transported to the hospital after someone called the police about a “nude” person, which he said was a “clue” that “something’s not right”. Mr Craig said the woman allegedly took off her robe when she arrived to the hospital and that her demeanour “changed”. He said she was agitated and allegedly spat on hospital employees and attempted to bite the officer who has since been suspended. The chief noted that body camera footage reveals a “little bit of a different story”. Sorry but when a person goes violent, the first thing the police does to you is to reduce and handcuff you, not hitting repeatedly in the head. What's with these people?
I think the US Police for is starting to show a us vs them mentality.
Oh yeah. Not sure if this is allowed or not, but here's a pretty good article for anybody interested on a little inside look by an ex-cop: https://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-33293421
Starting to? A lot of people worship cops as much as they do the military. Thin blue line! Hoorah! Cops haven't been your friend for a decade.
I know it's damn near impossible for one officer to put handcuffs on someone who doesn't want to be handcuffed, especially without using some form of painful force, but there's 4 of you. Dog pile the crazy bitch and cuff her while she wears herself out if you need to. Going Muhammid Ali on her face like that is criminal as fuck and that idiot should be jailed, not just fired
Everytime there's an article about US police doing something really bad it saddens me really, mostly because there's so many people in the US that won't trust a police officer ever again (for good reason). Meanwhile across the pond I'm sitting here wondering why we have ANTIFA in Swrden when our police are excellent despite being underpaid and overworked. Everyone should be able to trust law enforcement. The only ones who should ever be afraid of police are dangerous criminals, not average joes, soccer moms, students or teenage boys from the 'hood'.
