GPU USAGE REALLY POOR (30-43%) BAD FPS!!!

I there i have a
Gtx 1070 EX 8GB
Ryzen 2700x
16Gb DDR4 3200MHz Dual channel
I play rust at the moment receiving 40-70 fps if lucky and gpu usage is 30% while cpu is 20%
Can anyone help???

A lot of people have posted the same issue and they are all using the 1070.
Have a search through the posts and there may be a gem somewhere amongst the responses.

Doesnt work still getting 75 fps max with a 1070 using 33% of gpu and 19-22% Cpu
