Server List Issues

I am running a family of servers branded Rust N Time. I began with a simple Vanilla format with a Solo/Duo/Trio group limit in the Community section. From day one I have always had an issue with this particular server not showing up on the Server List after a simple restart or wipe. Its quite random and yet I have not been able to pin down why this happening.

I have gone back to the host numerous times in an effort to fix the matter but they explain that it is not a server side issue its something wrong with the package running on their server. I have even gone as far as to have them explain the wipe process in detail for me to follow and yet it is still completely random if the server will show or not.

Now for the confusing part. I created another server and made it a modded variety altering all sorts of aspects of the game. Now when I do a wipe or restart on this box it seems to take it as it should and show up every single time I cycle the system regardless of wipe or just a simple restart.

What is most unsettling is how my main server will all of a sudden disappear from the list mid week and my modded server will still appear.

I have read through numerous threads to date and the most common themed suggestion is to update your server. But this would not hold true if the "modded" server would not have the same issue.

What is going on here?

PLEASE someone help me on this. For the sake of my sanity!!!
