You have a backdoored addon. Remove addons until it stops, and then flag the last removed addon on workshop.
i remember seeing a map that had a backoor..
add this file to your garrysmod/lua/autorun
revenants_small_scripts/sh_command_blocker.lua
when it says "something is creating script errors, look in your console and it should say what was blocked, and the 3rd part of the stack should say where it was called from.
