Dunno about conscription, but they certainly need to remilitarise a bit.

If they wanna make it feel comfortable for young people to be inside, they gotta make sure they're well paid. As a conscript I was only paid a mere 500 bucks, which meant jackshit if your city is expensive af.

Oh yea, and giving power to young people is just a bad idea. So many of my sergeants and OCs were just power hungry assholes who enjoyed punishing people.

conscription was just a waste of time. Though we did it for 2 years.
