President Donald Trump is claiming that California's water policy is shortchanging firefighters of water to battle the state's raging wildfires. That's not so, according to wildfire and water experts.

I would love to find out that Trump himself is not the one running the twitter account; that he has never had a twitter account and some prankster somehow got verified pretending to be him. When someone reads to Trump a tweet he made, he says "Twitter? What's twitter?" and we find out the entirety of his presidency has been one big misunderstanding.

The US Forest Service is largely to blame for this, at least their policies are.
A large wildfire that just sprung up in my county is burning in an area that hasn’t burned in almost 40 years. The amount of that underbrush there is absolutely insane.
Similar can be said for the fires in Northern California.
The problem isn’t water, it’s that all fires on land managed by the USFS has to be out by 10:00AM the next day. None of this land has burned in decades, so of course it’s going to be insane if there are no controlled burns going on anywhere.
The state is just a tinderbox waiting to go off.
