Rust was running smooth before i had good fps and almost like no Lag spikes but until recently i wipe my pc to clean up all the junk on my pc and what not and now Rust runs like complete trash before i used to get around 90-120 fps on high/low settings and now no matter what server i go on i get 20-40 fps and lag spikes non stop and i have watched a few videos on youtube to see if that could fix anything but it didn't so i don't know what to do now i can't even play the game now so this kinda sucks
Also i have a windows 10 skin i doubt that's got anything to do with bad fps and lag spikes but if it does lmk and before i wiped my pc i had window 10 skin, etc and the game was still running fine so i don't know
If anyone can help me out that would be greatly appreciated

GTX 960 SSC 4GB
500GB SSD (Which is where the game is installed at)

They really need to stop adding bs to the game and start working on game performance.

Yeah, Look at what PUBG is doing they are kinda slowing down on everything to start working mainly performance and nothing else.
