A friend of mine found some impressive-looking art of one of the enemies from Deadbolt and wanted to know the source, but we can't find it through reverse image searching, so I was wondering if anyone more knowledgeable about this sort of thing could help.

My friend got this image from someone on a social networking site named VKontakte, who doesn't remember where he found it. The enemy in question is a Sergeant, aligned with a gang called The Dredged. I'm not sure if any of this information will be help find it, but I wanted to mention it in case it would be.
That's actually their motto.
