Well I think trying to run Rust on a laptop is problematic at best , And you are trying to run it with 8gb ram with an old
(2014/2015) graphics chip,
I am sorry to say I have no (Laptop) advice to give you apart from "buy more ram", Hope someone else here can help.

If you internet connected is very poor your game will not run , I realise that this simple fact has not been grasped by

In any case, this warmup crash also happened to me when I had a medium laptop. Once I upgraded it never happened again. Try to put every graphic setting to the worst, the same in performance, it might help.
