so i am not even sure how to do it but i saw there is a chat command called "/note" but i saw it only on the server fearlessrp if you never heard of it what it does is when you type in the chat for example /note hey it will spawn a clip board with text on it that says hey
i wanted to add that command into my server and i looked all over the internet and found nothing so i think its a custom script i never tried doing something like that hopefully someone on here will help

it's from darkrp which adds the command and a scripted entity
it is not from original darkrp i checked all the darkrp commands and did not find it

Yes you'd need to learn Lua to remake it though or you can pay somebody over at Home · gmodstore
/write and /type, which are both in default DarkRP, are pretty damn close if you don't want to/know how to script your own thing/spend money
