i've had this problem for a while i got the game from steam store and i tried re-installing the game verefying files deleting all addons and re-installing steam yet it keeps on happening if anyone thinks they can help me please do.

I have a "Radeon (TM) RX 470 Graphics" and my drivers are pretty much up to date but im not totally sure because the AMD driver program is kind of crappy..
did u remove ur drivers and try reinstall them to fresher version or tried different old versions of it? Because sometimes Microsoft and Hardware updates can cause conflicts. Also did u overheat ur PC?
actually theres a chance that it got over-heated.. im gonna try re-installing the drivers now.
