You really think any company on this planet will give you unlimited free food for life ever day per week 24/7?
I know that obviously they are going to limit it, any company would, otherwise they'd be really dumb not to. It's just asking for trouble.
I just find it funny that the ad creates this mythical hype around it and then the end of the video has the usual fine print
it's really lame compared to the monopoly prizes they used to have
most of that money was subject to embezzlement fraud tied to the mafia that cost them $24 million, but still
I find it more funny that they put 50 years because they know your fat ass will croak in 20~ years if you at McDonalds every single day.
Imagine if the card was 100% unlimited, and the person holding the card was also working at a McDonald's. Does that mean they could spend their entire days preparing food for themselves?
yes
You can do that anyway when you work at McDonalds
If someone actually did this with McDonalds they'd be dead in a month.
This is pretty famous misconception. Can't say about other countries but here your "free mcdonalds food" is a lunch which consists of 1 cheeseburger/hamburger/big mac, 2 sodas and small fries/ice cream/pie. That's it. If you make something for yourself then you better hope no one sees it.
Well they do have healthier foods you can eat, so you're not restricted to just the higher fat content and salt content shit.
Seriously?! I know in the UK that a lot of food isn't taxed, as it's not considered a luxury, but am not sure whether it applies to fast food - probably not.
Did she pass wind at 0:39?
The American dream is a farce...

According to this video I watched a few weeks ago, they have done it before.

If you work at mcdonalds then your lunch is considered as income. So you pay 13% income tax. Yes, I know that sound stupid, but it is how it is.
why do people just say things
I dunno why so much of a fuss gets kicked up about the free food mcdonalds cards anyway. Sure only a select few people got it but they really could give out the damn things like candy and it wouldn't make much of a difference. McDonald's is one of the cheapest fast food places in my area. I'll probably spend less than $100 there over the next 20 years.
Call me when I can have unlimited whataburger

Didn't the guy in Fathead prove that this was fake/falsified?
I didn't know about that, doing some reading there seems to be some kind of journalistic argument about food logs.
It could very well be a big spot for McDonalds but I'm really not too sure about that, it barely paints the diet in a positive light regardless.
