Send text to a button that displays the text when you click on it

Hello,

I know its my third time to ask the question, but I just forgot my password for my old acc and need now help.

I just googled now for 3 hours and I didnt even found 1 result.

I'm creating a support menu and I search something like this:

On the left side is a button (I guess) and every time someone there will be a ticket.

If you click the button(I guess its a button) then will the name and text show up on the right side.

So my question is: Is this a list that creates new button when users write a ticket or is it just a button that will show up when a user write a ticket?

I think I have to create something that send the text and the argument(rdm, failrp, rda, etc) to a button that creates itself then and shows up the text when you click the button, but I really dont now how to do that?

I just googled now for about 3 hours and got 0 result!

I would add each ticket to a table with a sub-table of all the info and loop through the table creating buttons for each sub-table
