i dont have problem with crashing its will only crash for me if i click on something when its loading its will do for me white screen but its will be back to the loading after 1m i dont know why they dont fix this bug all my friend haveing this bug
Load times are almost exclusively tied to hard drives. HDD's are literally limited to how fast they can load in regards to read rate due to physics (a disc can only spin so fast).
Long story short the more things get added to the game, the more files your computer needs to read from the hard drive during load up. The last couple of updates has done a lot of things for graphics, which means kudos to you for having a 1060 as that's perfect. However, better graphics usually means higher texture resolutions and the like. This is all data that needs to be pulled from the hard drive before it can be processed by your GPU/CPU. With Rust having a lot more data to pull from the hard drive now than it had 6 months ago, if you're running an older or even new inexpensive HDD your load time is definitely going to increase.
In short, the fastest way to reduce load times would be to use a solid state drive and put rust on that. As an example I run Fallout 4 on a PC that has both a 2TB HDD and a 500GB SSD. When I ran FO4 from my HDD the load times were horrendous, especially after adding a bunch of mods and texture packs. I currently run it on my SSD and everything runs nice and smooth now.

With all that being said you might also have clogged up your game files with all sorts of server plugins and such, which the hard drive is reading during the loading process even though it doesn't need them. Those sorts of things are also going to increase your load time.
Thank you but still i prefer to stop play its 10m loading
My friend hia pc older then mine he have gtx 970 and he join within 3m or less there is something that i can do or test to fix this ? Like to load 10m if its was my first load to the server ok but i played on it like 3 times
