I used to be an instructor for outdoor adventure shit. I can't lie in saying meeting Israeli school kids was some of the most disgusting displays of human decency I've ever witnessed.
The most self centered selfish cunts I've ever met in my life, this does not surprise me.

I'll give a more light hearted example, although there are quite a few examples.
I was leading 2 groups of kids the same age, somewhere between 6-10 or something. One was this rich English school and one was this rich Israeli school.
During the lunchtime it turned out that 1 kid from each group had birthdays and cakes were arranged to be brought out to surprise them. We did the English group first and the kids all chipped in to make the surprise as nice as possible for the birthday kid and helped to shield it from view and all that good stuff.
We then did the Israeli schools birthday cake, keep in mind they had different lunch times. When we approached the back of the table behind the birthday kid, with full knowledge about the surprise, all of the kids hands shot up in unison and just started screaming "ME!" over and over again. The birthday kid was completely clueless as to what was going on.
The difference was pretty staggering. They tended to be rude, arrogant and obnoxious all round.
But as I said, the adults were all really cool people so I'm unsure if this is just a generational thing. Or if the two rich classes in each country really do differ so much in terms of manners and perception of self superiority. A class the teachers were maybe not a part of.

Another example. One of my friend used to always come late for class. Naturally he'd been disliked by the teachers for that. Later,.it was known that he actually had to work in family farm due to difficult family circumstamces. His results ends up being not as optimal as they can be. If only the teachees spares their time and actually investigate the cause, then he would probably end uo better.
If we found out about those kids source of weird behaviour early, then we probably can help prevent them from being massive cunt later in life. The older they are, the harder it will be to mold them.

Around here, you would have to get a different licence if you want to start a cybercafes, and different licence if it's videongame emtertainment centre.
What some unscrupulous people did was using their cubercafe licence to operate illegal computer games centre, which is unlawful. These illegal centres had no age, parental, and otherregulations, thus kids tends to go there, if there is one.
So observing kid's activities would help us to close down these centres. Note that this is way back ~10 years ago. Not sure what is the trend now
