I don't think there is any where to report servers. All you can do is name and shame them here. Be factual and be precise.

As they are privately owned you have to live with their rules or play on another server, You can report players who cheat and if there is an active (and friendly) admin(s) you can ask for their assistance but you wont get anywhere if you demand anything.

So i cant report to facepunch that they are using a plugin that change the vanilla game play?

The community server owners can use Admin tools and so you would have to prove what plugins the servers are using that make them illegal, If you can prove it then its up to you, The quote below is from the oxide forums, "Anything that changes the gameplay either physically or visually would not be considered an admin tool. Basically, if the player's aren't having a "vanilla" experience, it wouldn't be considered an admin tool."

Facepunch isn't going to take a look. That's a private server run by people who paid for it. Facepunch isn't going to go mess with someones own shit, that's like asking an architect to kick your neighbor out of their home because they're assholes to you.

To be honest mate they are well within their right to do what ever they want on THEIR server, maybe just move on and find a server whose "setup" you prefer.

No it wasn't, that quote was taken from the oxide forum explaining the difference between plugins and what it takes to keep calling something vanilla. Server owners can mod third own servers as they see fit, and plenty do

Yep they sure can but the OP topic is about Owners having their Servers listed under Community who uses Mods. This is against the TOS, plain and simple

Deathnotes does nothing to change gameplay, it just tells you who died and why, if they used plugin to tell you who is on the server it also does not change gameplay. nor does one that tells you the time. Actually they are not, If they want their server to be listed in the "community" listing they must not have any plugin that "changes gameplay" No it wasnt , it is from Oxide fourms explaining the difference between modded and community servers amd the plugins that might be allowed on a vanilla server,
